SangsLegal does not, in any way, supervise, direct, or control Lawyer or Lawyer’s work. SangsLegal does not set Lawyer’s work hours, work schedules, or location of work, nor is SangsLegal involved in determining the Lawyer Fees for a Service. SangsLegal will not provide Lawyer with training or any equipment, labour, or materials needed for a particular Service Contract. SangsLegal does not provide the premises at which the Lawyer will perform the work.  SangsLegal makes no representations about, and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of, the Lawyer Services; the qualifications, background, or identities of Users; the ability of Lawyers to deliver the Lawyer Services; the ability of Users to pay for the Lawyer Services; or that a User or Lawyer can or will actually complete a transaction.

THE USER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO EMPLOYER EMPLOYEE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SANGSLEGAL.COM AND THE LAWYERS USING THE ONLINE PLATFORM. THESE LEGAL SERVICE PROVIDERS (LAWYERS) ARE NOT ON THE PAYROLL OF SANGSLEGAL AND THEY ARE INDEPENDENT LEGAL PROFESSIONALS.

 

SangsLegal is not required to and may not verify any feedback or information given by neither Users, nor does SangsLegal perform background checks on Lawyers or Users except verifying the Bar license to practice.

 

You hereby acknowledge and agree that SangsLegal may provide information on the Site about a Lawyer or User, such as feedback, combined feedback, including a strength or risk score, geographical location, or verification of identity or credentials. However, such information is based solely on data that Lawyers or Users voluntarily submit to SangsLegal and does not constitute and will not be construed as an introduction, endorsement, or recommendation by SangsLegal; SangsLegal provides such information solely for the convenience of Users.

You expressly acknowledge, agree, and understand that: (a) the Site is merely a venue where Users may act as Users and/or Lawyers; (b) SangsLegal is not a party to any Service Contracts between Users and Lawyers; (c) Lawyers/legal experts  are not an employee of SangsLegal and they are self-governing entities  and SangsLegal does not, in any way, supervise, direct, or control the Lawyer or Lawyer Services or quality of services provided by Lawyers; (d) SangsLegal will not have any liability or obligations under or related to Service Contracts between Client and Lawyer; (e) SangsLegal has no control over Lawyers or the Lawyer Services; and (f) SangsLegal makes no representations as to the reliability, capability, or qualifications of any Lawyer or the quality, security, or legality of any Lawyer Services, and SangsLegal disclaims any and all liability relating thereto.

20. Force Majeure

The parties to this Agreement will not be responsible for the failure to perform or any delay in performance of any obligation hereunder due to labor disturbances, accidents, fires, floods, telecommunications or Internet failures, strikes, wars, riots, rebellions, blockades, acts of government, governmental requirements and regulations or restrictions imposed by law or any other similar conditions beyond the reasonable control of such party. The time for performance by such party will be extended by the period of such delay.
