The Supreme Court has recently ruled that individuals who fail to pay their membership fee will be automatically disqualified from the society, without any prior notice (Section 15 of the Societies Registration Act, 1860). As a result, these members will not be considered as society members and will not have the right to vote on any matters related to the society.
