Article 370 :Hearing Today

Today, a Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court will commence proceedings on a group of petitions opposing the amendment to Article 370 of the Constitution. This modification effectively nullified the special status once held by the former State of Jammu and Kashmir.The Constitution Bench comprises CJI DY Chandrachud, Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul, Justice Sanjiv Khanna, Justice BR Gavai, replique breitling and Justice Surya Kant.
