Supreme Court recently ruled that a mere registration does not automatically establish the validity of the will. In order to establish the legality of an execution, it is imperative to comply with the provisions mentioned in Section 68 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 and Section 63 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925.
