A paralegal expert having a vast 20 years of experience in the non Litigation Due Diligence in the Real Estates, rendering legal opinions / Legal Scrutiny report on property documents, [including individual and projects documents to the Bank and also for the reputed builders and developers],Legal Drafting i.e., various Agreements and Deeds, JDA,GPA, lease etc., and handling registration process. She is independently doing the Verification of all the Land documents: Residential and Commercial Projects and giving the legal opinion / Legal Scrutiny report in writing to the company and handling and maintaining the original land documents. She is also supporting to the CRM department to solve the customers’ legal quires and to solve them and to help them for vetting the original legal documents and assisting the Business Development Department to procure the land. Also supports the HOD for RERA processing. She has a vast experience in conducting the training Classes for CRM department about the Property documentation.
